Yoga Nidra class

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is resting with a trace of awareness. It has the power to connect us with our true essence. As we enter into deeper states of rest and restoration, we recalibrate our mind-body back to balance. The practice comprises breathwork, body scan, and visualisation techniques.

In this practice, we will ease into Nidra with gentle movement and breath practices. As we ease out of Nidra, tea, journalling, and conversations await. The classes are scheduled about once every 2 months, held at Studio SOMAYOKE. Feel free to sign up for the upcoming classes below!
