Seasonal Yoga Retreats

Seasonal Yoga Retreats
A year of returning to what’s real — through body, breath, and the living world.
Our body absorbs the impact of daily life's tensionsincluding visible and invisible stress, contractions from abrasive interactions, and the subtle imprints of unprocessed emotions.
These patterns of holding silently dull our vitality and obscure our natural ease.
Through somatic and yogic practices, we’ll create space for the body to gently unravel and soften, allowing Prana — life’s natural intelligence — to flow freely again. This retreat is not interested in fixing or achieving, but in remembering what it feels like to be at home in your own skin.
In 2026, Expand into the Ordinary unfolds as a journey through the seasons.
Each season offers its own rhythm, like a pulse in nature, reminding us that change and rest are both necessary. Using nature as our greatest teacher and resource, each retreat invites you to move in harmony with the earth's rhythms, to rest deeply, and to rediscover the quiet vitality that arises when body and breath return to a natural pace.
Between these group retreats, you are welcome to explore personal immersions or private small group retreats in Taiwan, offering yourself a slower, more intimate space to listen inwardly — a return to the mountain, to yourself, with your loved ones.

Autumn | Oct 5-10, 6D5N | Oct 12-16, 5D4N 2026 | Rishikesh and Varanasi, India

Autumn leads us down the path of the river of devotion.

This is a pilgrimage-style retreat rooted in the sacred presence of India’s rivers and yogic heritage.

In Rishikesh, we'll immerse ourselves in daily practice, mantra chanting, and sitting by the river Ganges — lovingly known as Mother Ganga — at the Himalayan foothills. Here, we will be guided by Sunil Sharma from Yoganga Healing, a teacher I love and respect, and with whom I have been studying for the past seven years.

In Varanasi, we meet Mother Ganga again, where all cycles of life and death are held with equal sanctity. We will visit ashrams, learn from the masters, and deepen our connection with the Divine in our daily practices. Here, we will be guided by Ishwarya Chaitanya from Kula House of Yoga, a Yoga teacher and a dear friend of mine, and a lifelong student of Yoga and Vedanta teachings.

Perfect for: anyone who feels called to deepen their spiritual connection and contemplative travel. You are welcome to join either retreat or attend both for a two-week-long pilgrimage.
