Firing into Summer

Hello there,
We have now reached the last mini solar term of spring, known as 穀雨節氣 (Grain Rain). Although summer begins in May, it already feels like deep summer here in Taiwan with the intense temperatures!

Sharing a few images from our Spring Renewal Retreat in Taiwan recently before the temperatures soared :)
Summer invites us to expand with the long days and sweltering heat. It's a time for bold expression, deep work, and sharpening whatever skills or craft you like to hone while staying steady in your heart centre. Whether you're seeking playful movement, nourishing rest, or quiet time to harvest insights, use any of the offerings below to support you throughout the season. Let's move through this summer with awareness, vitality, and joy!
Upcoming Yoga Offerings – Summer 2025
Seasonal Yoga Workshop at Studio SOMAYOKE
2 runs: 24 May and 8 June '25 | 9.30–11.30am | $58/workshop
This summer, let's awaken our inner fire in our heart centre. A lit inner fire brings vitality and clarity to our thoughts and actions. This Yoga workshop includes a full yoga practice and seasonal refreshments as we learn about the focus of the summer season.
Summer's Pause: Yoga Nidra Series at Studio SOMAYOKE

Yoga Nidra has the power to connect us to our true essence in rest. Tea will be provided, along with an optional journalling portion post-practice.
Sign up for the entire series at a discounted rate of $110 (Originally $126) to experience deeper states of awareness and relaxation, or attend any of the classes to find your deeper rest.
